Meagan Ferguson will share practical tools and strategies to help coaches take care of themselves throughout the season.
As one of only two Certified Mental Performance Consultants® in Prince Edward Island, Meagan has worked with athletes, coaches, and professionals across multiple sports and competition levels.
She holds a Master’s in Human Kinetics (Applied Sport Psychology, University of Ottawa) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid, The Working Mind (Mental Health Commission of Canada), and Mindfulness Facilitation for Athletic Performance (Ottawa Mindfulness Clinic).
A Certified Learning Facilitator with the Coaching Association of Canada and the Canadian Centre for Mental Health in Sport, Meagan also brings over 15 years of coaching experience from grassroots to elite levels. Her background includes:
