Coaches in the Competition Introduction (Comp-Int) stream usually have previous coaching experience or are former athletes in the sport. They work with athletes and teams that are club-based and competing in regional and provincial competitions.
Athletes in the Comp-Int context are moving from the FUNdamentals to the Learn to Train and Train to Train stages of Long-Term Athlete Development.
The Comp-Int context consists of six multi-sport modules. There are no prerequisites and you do not have to take the modules in any order. If you have questions or are having issues finding a course that works with your schedule, contact Mike Hudson.
