Discipline & Appeals

CSI Atlantic is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of disputes. The organization maintains formal discipline and appeal policies and procedures to address concerns in a respectful and equitable manner.

These processes ensure that all individuals have access to a clear and structured pathway for resolving disputes.

In alignment with national sport governance requirements, CSI Atlantic provides access to independent dispute resolution through the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC). The SDRCC offers impartial arbitration, mediation, and resolution services to support fair outcomes in sport-related matters.
